The right finish for the right product

There's no single decoration method that works across every promotional product. The material, shape, artwork and quantity all influence how we approach production.

Depending on the product, this can include screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, UV DTF, digital printing, heat transfers and other specialist decoration methods.

You don't need to know which process you need before getting in touch. Once we've selected the product, we'll recommend the decoration method that gives you the best combination of finish, durability and cost.

Promotional Product FAQs

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and decoration method. Some products can be ordered in very small quantities at a higher unit cost, while decorated promotional products will commonly start from around 25 units. We'll confirm the MOQ when recommending products for your project.

How long do custom branded promotional products take?

For locally sourced products, we generally recommend allowing approximately 2–4 weeks for sourcing, artwork approval, production and delivery. More complex, custom or internationally sourced products may require additional lead time.

Can you source something that isn't shown on your website?

Absolutely. The products shown are only examples of what we can supply. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll search our supplier network for suitable options. For more unusual products or larger quantities, we can also explore custom manufacturing and international sourcing.

Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?

Samples are available for many products. Sample pricing is typically higher on a per-unit basis than bulk production and availability will depend on the particular product.

Can you help me choose a promotional product?

Yes. In fact, that's how we handle most enquiries. Give us an idea of your audience, budget, quantity, deadline and what you're trying to achieve, and we can recommend products rather than expecting you to search through hundreds of options yourself.

What decoration methods are available?

This depends on the product. Options can include screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, UV DTF, digital printing and heat transfers. We'll recommend a process based on the product, artwork, quantity and desired finish.

What can you digitally print?

Our digital printing capabilities cover a broad range of apparel and merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms and hats. The versatility of DTF also allows us to work with products and print placements that aren't always suitable for traditional printing methods.

Can you create completely custom promotional products?

For the right quantities and lead times, yes. We can work with international suppliers to source or manufacture more specialised products when an off-the-shelf promotional item isn't suitable.
