Two ways to make it yours

Locally Sourced Jerseys

For smaller quantities and faster turnarounds, we can source existing jersey styles from local suppliers and customise them using the most appropriate decoration methods. This is typically the simplest option when you don't need to change the underlying construction of the garment.

Fully Custom Jerseys

For larger quantities, we can manufacture completely custom jerseys through our offshore production network. This gives us control over virtually every element of the product from fabric, fit, construction and sublimated artwork through to names, numbers, patches, labels, trims and finishing details.

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and level of customisation, so we'll recommend the most appropriate production route once we understand the project.

Custom down to the details

Fully custom means exactly that. We can develop a complete jersey and teamwear range around your club's identity, with control over colours, patterns, fabrics, graphics and construction.

Sublimation can be combined with additional finishes such as embroidery, silicone patches, woven labels and other applied details, allowing different production methods to work together within a single garment.

Not every team comes to us with production-ready artwork. Our Graphic Design team can develop the jersey graphics and visual direction as a separate service, taking your existing identity, colours, sponsors and requirements through to finished production artwork.

What sports do you produce jerseys for?

Our custom jersey service isn't limited to a particular sport. We can develop jerseys and teamwear for sporting clubs, teams, organisations and events, with the product and construction determined by the requirements of each project.

Is there a minimum order for custom jerseys?

Minimum quantities depend on the jersey and production method. Lower quantities can often be accommodated using locally sourced blanks, while fully custom manufactured jerseys generally require higher production quantities. Send us your requirements and we'll recommend the most suitable approach.

What's the difference between a blank jersey and a fully custom jersey?

A blank jersey starts with an existing garment that we then customise with your artwork, logos, names or numbers. A fully custom jersey is manufactured specifically for the project, giving us control over the fabric, fit, construction, colours, graphics and finishing details.

How long do custom jerseys take?

Locally sourced jerseys can typically be produced in approximately two weeks, subject to stock and decoration requirements. Fully custom manufactured jerseys generally require around 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity, sampling, quantities and freight.

Can every player have a different name and number?

Yes. Player names, numbers and other variable details can be incorporated depending on the production method selected. We'll collect and confirm the required information before production.

Can you include sponsor logos?

Yes. Team, club and sponsor branding can be incorporated throughout the jersey design. The appropriate decoration method will depend on whether we're working with an existing blank or manufacturing the jersey from scratch.

Can you design the jersey for us?

Yes. If you don't have finished artwork, our Graphic Design team can develop the jersey as a separate creative service. We can work from existing brand guidelines, team colours, logos and references before preparing the final artwork for production.

Can we add embroidery or patches to a sublimated jersey?

Yes. A sublimated base can be combined with additional decoration such as embroidery, woven or silicone patches and other finishing details to create a more premium finished product.
