+ Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, there is. It is generally set at 25 units. If you are needing a smaller quantity, get in touch and we can see what is possible.

+ What if I cannot fulfill the MOQ?

No worries! Any orders that fall below the set MOQ will incur an additional below-minimum fee of $150.

+ What variations can be included in the MOQ?

A single MOQ applies to a garment of the SAME print design/colour. You can vary your garment colour and sizes without affecting the MOQ.

+ How do I get a quote?

+ Do you have a price list?

There are many variations - it all depends on the preferred product, its material, printing method etc. Confused? Visit us here and we will assist you with a specific quote per unit.

+ What is an artwork?

An artwork is a design file in which we have an understanding of the colours and dimensions involved in printing your designs on the garment. You can specify the Pantone Matching System (PMS) colour and insert dimensions for the size of graphic and position of print.

I don't have an artwork but I have an idea

If you have only got ideas or concepts, don’t sweat it. Let us know and we will extend our creative services to you, making the process a breeze. There will be charges involved, starting from $50/hour with a minimum of an hour.

+ Can I get a mock-up?

Yes, you can! Mock ups can be provided upon request. Any more than two artwork changes will be charged an art fee based on time taken.

+ What can I print on?

The options are definitely endless with us at Bottega. Anything from apparel and totes to fridge magnets and drink bottles. You think it, we make it.

+ Do you provide services for uniforms?

Yes, we certainly do!

+ Can I get a mock-up?

Yes, you can! Mock ups can be provided upon request. Any more than two artwork changes will be charged an art fee based on time taken.

+ How do I care for my product?

It is important to never wash with high temperature, always wash your item inside out & wash with similar colour items. This will help prevent cracking, peeling and let you enjoy your product for longer!

+ Do you require a deposit or full payment?

full payment is required upon approval. We will send you an invoice for payment once your artwork is approved. Once payment has been made within 7 days, we will begin processing your orders and start producing your goods.

+ What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are bank transfers and Visa & Mastercard (2% surcharge) only. A proof of payment is required in the case of bank transfers - where you will need to submit the remittance to us at gaetano@bottegamade.com before we can proceed with your order.

+ Are these prices including or excluding GST?

All prices that we indicate are subjected to a 10% Government Service Tax.

+ Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! We offer both delivery and self-collection.

+ How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery cost is determined by your location and size of your order. We will provide you with the delivery fees in the invoice at the beginning of your order so you know what you are paying for right off the bat.

+ When can I collect my order?

If you have opted for self-collection, we will notify you when your orders are ready for collection. Collection hours would be from 11am to 4pm on Mondays through Thursdays. Please get in touch with us at least 1 working day in advance by sending in an email to info@bottegamade.com.

+ Domestic Orders

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

All orders are shipped out of Sydney and for delivery within Australia we use Shippit.

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 1-5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Please note that during busy release periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact info@bottegamade.com if you have any questions about your order.

International Orders

We ship to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post for all orders.

Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10-20 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

+ If I find that my order was unsatisfactory, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these customised goods, we are unable to refund you. Therefore, we require you to carefully check the Artwork Approval that is commissioned to you before we begin production. As with all things, there is always an exception so do get in touch with us at info@bottegamade.com if you have any questions.

+ Can I change my order?

Due to our fast order processing, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. Please check your order before sending it.

+ Can I add on to my order?

Yes you can! Depending on the stage of production, we are able to add on to your order. Otherwise, we will create a different order for you!

+ Can I cancel my order after payment has been made?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do that as your order would have been processed as soon as it is approved.

+ How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Jobs will generally take 2 weeks from the date of payment and artwork approval to complete, but can be fast tracked for you based on the nature of the job. Get in touch with us and we will try to accommodate your dateline.

+ When is everything approved?

Your order will be approved once artwork has been finalised and submitted, and when payment for the invoice is made. We will send you an artwork approval which you will have to approve before we get everything set up for production.

+ What is the order process like?

Get a quote > Provide us with your artwork > Your order will be created > Payment > Ordering of stock > Production begins > Production completed > Dispatch for delivery/self-collection. You will be updated at every stage possible through email to keep you in the loop!

+ Can I provide my own garments?

Yes, of course you can! Simply inform us right away so that we will not factor in the cost of blanks. However, due to the materials and the way that some garments are manufactured, some printing finishes may not be optimal.

+ Can I order blanks only?

Yes, you can! Bottega is able to source wholesale prices for you from our partner suppliers, but we also possess a wide range of in-house blanks. They are specially designed to be unique in their fit, cut, and material. Set up an appointment with us to check out our blanks or simply visit our online store here.

+ Can I customise my own blanks?

Can’t find any blanks that tickle your fancy from our extensive list of suppliers? You can very well create your own apparel with us! Here at Bottega, we offer custom-made services where your creative ideas will come to life as you create your own apparel. Enquire with us here to get a quote on your order.

+ Where can I view the list of suppliers?

In order for us to tailor the most accurate suppliers for your needs, we require more information before we can recommend you our partner suppliers. Simply shoot us a quote and we will be able to provide you with a list of suppliers.

+ Do you have a catalogue for these suppliers?

All of our suppliers have an ecommerce platform. Simply let us know what you're looking for, and we will direct you to a myriad of products.
